200 g ham strips (kinkkusuikaleet) 500 g potato & onion mix (perunasipulisekoitus) 2 dl cream(ruokakerma) black pepper (mustapippuri) ½ tsp salt (suola) margarine (margariini)
1. Mix the ham strips and the mixture of potatoes and onion. 2. Rub a baking pan with margarine. Pour the mixture into the pan. 3. Season the mixture with black pepper and salt. 4. Add the cream. 5. Cook in the oven in 200°C for about an hour.
